The Gallupi Strength Conditioning Online Program was created when Giulliano Gallupi moved to the United States. To avoid the distance between the coach and its students in Brazil. Giulliano decided to create a program where he could continue to support his established clients. The program grew and expanded. American athletes, from a variety of states, developed an interest in enrolling, so the program adapted to fulfill the needs of people that wanted to change their habits and to start living a healthier life style. Today, it assists people across eight different countries. The online program relies on training spreadsheets and diets, which are all made to meet specific personal needs, where clients or athletes will respond to a questionnaire that will be analyzed after a body fat test and an electrocardiogram (ECG) test. The training spreadsheets will be fashioned to meet the goals listed by each client. The spreadsheet comes with complete instructions and details to facilitate the understanding of the training that needs to be done, including links for videos of each different exercise that the student can access online to better understand and execute the required exercise. The personalized diet will specify everything the client or athlete needs to eat, at what time, and how much, along with a nutritional chart for every meal. Both diet and training spreadsheet are made for a 4-week period. After this initial period, the client can opt to renew it or not. The client also has the option to purchase either the diet plan or training spreadsheet.
